please update. its been on hold for for 24 days.

the package is a return to aliexpress. paypal holds my money back until the package is delivered or until i have a proof that recipient dont pick up.

PayPal has rejected my buyer protection claim because the current tracking status only shows “Item presented to import Customs.”
In order for PayPal to release my refund, there must be a final tracking entry or confirmation stating that the parcel was not collected by the recipient, destroyed, or returned to sender.

Please either:
1. Initiate a return shipment to me (the sender) – I am willing to pay any return shipping costs, or
2. Add a final tracking note confirming that the recipient did not pick up or clear the parcel through customs.

PayPal requires such confirmation to close the case and process my refund.

The parcel will be returned to Germany in next 2 to 3 months by ocean ship. You can use the original tracking number to trace the return shipping status(it takes time). You don't need pay any fee.

can you atleast please update the activity in tracking historiy to:“ „Recipient does not accept package returns to sender“ so that paypal see that and give me my money back its 2.000 dollar please
