I sent a package back to China (a return). Although the package has arrived in China, it is still going through the customs clearance process. This status hasn't changed since August 5, 2026. your parcel can not pass customs clearance . normally this is caused by following factors:
1)Shipper didn't write recipient's correct mobile number. Without that mobile phone number, China Post can not send customs clearance code to recipient. In additiona, mobile number is critical to make delivery because most of parcels in china are delivered to a cainiao storage or safety box which needs a text message code to recipient's mobile phone.

2)The recipient does not want to accept the parcel(therefore he/she does not make customs clearance). If this is the case, China Post can't do anything. This is not a shipping problem. You need file a dispute to your marketplace.

If you have written the phone in the parcel, then we can only guess that the recipient doesn't want to accept the parcel and issue you refund. The just don't want to confess.
