Hello,
I have ordered an item on Banggood on 8. march, and on 9. march i got email from banggood that my item has shipped. But since then status is logistic order created.
I know that world is suffering from corona virus, but i wonder, why is it taking so long for seller to give an item to logistic company.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV362209401CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal , you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
