Since January 2, my parcel with tracking number RV268805656CN has not been moving to me. My order has been from AliExpress since November 29th. Who can help me? I have protection from AliExpress but it is important for me to receive the goods.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV268805656CN shows the parcel was sent to airline for Bulgaria on Jan 2.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Normally such register airmail will take 30 to 90 days to reach Bulgaria. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

There seems to be something wrong with airmail. Wasn't that the fastest transport? In 90 days I will walk to China. However, thank you for your reply. There seems to be a serious problem with orders in November. I would not repeat. Thanks!
