Hi. I returned an item to china with the tracking ref RN252767120GB .

I am told the package was refused by the company I returned it to. Do you know why?

Then

China post site say the package was sent back to me on 25/12/2019.
While Royal Mail says it was sent back on the 16/12/2019.
Please could you supply more information about it.

I need this information to make a PayPal Claim.

I believe the return is because receiver does not want this parcel. You can talk PayPal and require refund. PayPal will grant you refund as long as you can show the parcel arrived destination, no need to confirm that the seller received or not.
