http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM253843030CN shows the parcel was returned by China Post in Nov. During Canada Post worker strike time, China Post are requested by Canada Post to stop shipment to Canada, thus many parcels were returned to shipper.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
