My tracker says "Departure export customs" as on 11/27/18, are you able to tell me exactly where it is? LT025033574CN After reading the reviews and how everyone said "I received it in 2 weeks!" I was under the impression that's how long shipping would take. I purchased on 11/23/18.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT025033574CN shows the parcel was shipped from china to US on Nov 27.

Now is rush season, arrival time to US is much slower than regular season. You might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.
