Can you please, tell me where this parcel is? It is with status "Departured Beijing" in the tracking system since the 02.11..

"Departured " means parcel has left China Post warehouse and sent to airline. It does not necessarily means parcel has left China.

Ok, can you tell me if it is coming at all or if it was returned to seller. Some time ago You told me that this same parcel is waiting for airspace to Bulgaria. I just need to know if I have to wait for it or to ask the seller for refund?

RB958850685CN left China Post warehouse on Nov 2. It is waiting in the Beijing airport for shipping space.
