Hi had two parcels leave at the same time. One was delivered on 3rd Decemebr but this one hasn't arrived - both parcels have same status though. How long could it stay in customs for? Thanks in Advance

RB906078762CN arrived UK customs on Dec 2. You'd better contact Royal Mail and see what happens. It is now in UK Post system.
