RB870236359CN should have been returned to shipper. You need contact paypal for non-receipt refund.

China Post sometimes returned parcel without updating record. What you need to do is to file non-receipt dispute and let seller to contact China Post. if he does not contact China Post, he will lose money.

how can i do a file non-receipt dispute ? by paypal ? i didn't see any option for that ? for the moment, i'm the guy who lose money ! thx for your help

Go into your pay pal account if that his how you paid and then click on resolution centre, go from there. Needs to be within 45 days of purchase.

arrrg is to late. HONGKONGEEK ask me to wait 6 weeks ans say it the normal delay... that the reason i want to know "how long did you know that my ship is back to the seller ?". he tell me that he has nothing return. i need all information to make my dispute letter, please.

You no need to provide any information. Just tell paypal that you have not received the parcel and start the dispute. it is shipper's duty to get evidence from China Post to prove that you have received the goods. You can just be relax and wait the result.

If shipper can not provide evidence to paypal that you received the parcel, he will fail in the dispute and you will get refund.

sorry but i not relax due to the message of Paypal : This dispute closed because it was opened for more than 45 days after the transaction date. That the reason why the seller ask me to wait 2 months before asking something !!
I don't know what to do ...:(
