Hello
I need to find my parcel.
By tracking (tracking no RB831442481CN), this is what I see:

status:Final delivery
Location: 41003800
date: 20131027 0943

This parcel has never arrived to my country (Iceland) according to the national post delivery office in Iceland.
Is it lost?
