Hello,

I have order something on the Internet. It was shipped from China with CHINA EMS (ePacket) to Germany.

Tracking Number is: : LZ298979134CN

It arrived on 19th September to France.
I was wondering why it arrived in France and not to Germany.
Now today the Tracking showed me an update, and the Parcel is back in China???

Can someone please help me to get my parcel?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ298979134CN shows the parcel was returned to Guangzhou on Oct 5, you will not get this item in future.

If this is paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute to seller for refund.
