Hi , i send a parcel from spain number of track CC015856046ES
on 10 Mar 2020 14:55 pass the custom process in Beijing and leave to Guangzhou and now the customs again in Guangzhou say have not the invoice of the parcel , really i can understand , 2 customs process in same country? , and if in the first custom process all is ok , why have problem in Guangzhou ? , I think, if there is no invoice now, it is because Beijing lost it ,
can you help me please

CC015856046ES is in China Post Guangzhou international office now. Receiver must call china post hotline 11185 to pickup the parcel immediately. I don't think invoice is mandatory. If no invoice, customs officer will estimate the value and charge some duty to receiver.

ok i write the seller , becouse is a return for a unit not work , for he call , , i waiting he call and go to have the parcel

CC015856046ES is in China Post Guangzhou customs warehouse. You need ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel.

say is out Guangzhou customs warehouse is has left the processing centre
the seller call 11185 and he say me is waiting to recibe but is left procesing center 4 days
is normal ?

CC015856046ES is in China Post office in 广州机场北处理中心. You can ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 to pickup the parcel.
