Hi.
My order was made on 8 of December 2019, shipped the day after.

Aliexpress tracking says the parcel cleared customs on the 11 of December
My local tracking says parcel received in Beijing on the 16 of December

Either way, no movement ever since, what's the problem, please?

RP850097763CN was returned to China post chengdu office by Beijing airport , not sure return reason.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
