Post Parcel hasnt moved in almost a month? LX086720744CN

Hi everyone I was wondering if you can help me figure out what is happening to my parcel? It doesn't seem to have moved since the 4/4 and I don't know why or whats going on.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX086720744CN was shipped from China to Poland on April 4. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Poland. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Poland, Poland Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Hey Chinapost Volunteer, it's gone two extra weeks with this and still it seems to not have moved, do you know if there's any possible updates?
