can you give me further information on my Tracking ID LO961099175CN.
There has been no status change since 29.03.2020.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO961099175CN was shipped from China to Germany on Mar 29. It is still in China waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Germany. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

LO961099175CN was returned to shipper on May 1st. You will not get this item in future.

Please open dispute to seller for refund.
