Good afternoon,
I recived the message that any items of my order could not be delivered. Why? What should I do to reicive these items? I already payed for it ! I need shortly your answer !!

LL538657515CN can not pass Guangzhou airport customs scan, it was returned to shipper on Aug 3.

You need open dispute to amazon/paypal/aliexpress for refund.

Ok...can you explain me how to open a disput to paypal? Never did it .... need help, please!

in PayPal, there is a link called resolution centre. Go to there to file dispute.
