I see that today, there is a new update on this tacking number RP818364609CN but what does it mean?

RP818364609CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point, then it was returned to original post office in Nanjing on Feb 4. you will not get this parcel in future.

You need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
