Hello, I was expecting a parcel from China to Turkey

CP378169603CN

It should come to Turkey however it now seems in Italy. Why is it in Italy? Did it go to wrong country?

CP378169603CN destination is Turkey. It transits through Italy.

Thank you. I want to ask you another parcel. RE030298282CN

It looks it is still in China since 12 march. How long would it take? I have extra long protection time, around 90 days left now. But I don't want to wait months and months. When should I open dispute?

RE030298282CN is still in Shenzhen. It is difficult to predict arrival time. You can open dispute now if you feel it is necessary.
