My order has been in the "On route" status since December 17th. In an earlier response, you suggested that I wait a little longer. I ask: if the order is lost, the status in the China post changes to "lost" or "unknown" or something else? thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO618623577CN shows the parcel was delayed in Beijing airport for one month. Good news is that it finally left China Post Beijing airport office to Portugal on Nov 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Portugal Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Portugal ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

After leaving Beijing, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Portugal Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Portugal Post website will show its new status with Portugal location.
