Hello,
my parcel (tracking number LO578292407CN) has apparently "held by customs in Frankfurt" since December 17th, 2019. I ordered it on December 1st or 2nd. There are no updates since December 17th whatsoever and shipping within Germany cannot take 4 weeks! What is happening here and am I ever going to get my parcel? It has been six weeks now!! Is this a scam?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO578292407CN shows your parcel has customs clearance problem in Frankfurt.

You need call Germany POST(DHL packet) and pickup the parcel(some duty might need to be paid).

If DHL Paket can not help you, please open dispute to seller for refund.

Unfortunately, DHL cannot help me and my seller did not reply to ANY emails I sent.
