I had a package posted (according to the seller) on 02/12/19, and the last tracking update (via http://t.track-chinapost.com/en#nums=LO577069900CN&fc=11031) shows is as "Deliverd to Air Transport" on the 9th December. On track-chinapost, it simply says it is "En Route", and "Departure Export Customs - Shenzen".

As this is a Christmas present, I was simply wondering if you could give me any sort of idea if I can expect this within the next 12 days, or whether I should purchase something else for the present. All the package contains is a Nintendo DS Lite game console.

I understand It's probably somewhere between Chinapost, and Royal Mail. But could you maybe tell me if it has atleast been put on an actual plane out of Shenzen?

I have had 4 other parcels arrive from China (not sent via ePacket, simply regular mail) and they were all ordered at the same time. I expected the ePacket to get here first, given it was the more expensive option!

Any information you could provide would be of great help!

Thanks,
Xeno

As far as I know, Nitendo DS console has battery inside and is not allowed by China Post and airline safety check point. I doubt if the parcel inside is really Nitendo game machine. You might be scammed.

Well, as far as I am aware, you can send single lithium battery items such as phones / consoles fine, the issue is with sending mulitple batteries within the same package. Otherwise, how would sites like Play-Asia (who ship to the UK and other countries from Hong Kong) be allowed to send their consoles etc through the same mail service.

The seller I used on ebay as 60000+ feedback, and sells several different refurbished handheld games consoles. There are 0 with negative feedback regarding any of his other console sales, so stating that I have probably been scammed by a fake product (as you are aware the parcel has passed Export Customs as per the latest scan, therefore China Post found nothing wrong with the parcel) is completely incorrect.

I don't mind getting no advice, but giving people incorrect advice is not something I recommend you guys do.

Thanks for trying to help at least.

Well. If you believe your seller is trustworthy. That is fine. We just want to remind people to stay away from online shopping scam.

Anyway, thanks for your message about battery shipping situation about nitendo. We hope you can give further arrival data about your Nitendo console.
