I'm still waiting for the parcel mentionned.
Over two months it says Departure export customs in Guangzhou. And the seller doesn't respond to my e-mails.
Maybe you can help me?

LO134881718CN left Guangzhou on Sep 7. Normally such ePacket will arrive Switzerland in 10 to 20 days. It is very likely to be lost.

You should open dispute to seller for refund.
