your seller printed wrong or incomplete address. The parcel now is in CTT post office in Centro de Entrega 2765 . It can not be delivered. You need go to this post office to pickup the parcel immediately.

I already called CTT and they say I can't get up. It has to be you giving the correct address.

the parcel is not in China Post system now. It is in the hand of CTT. you need contact CTT to forward the parcel to correct address.

if CTT does not help you, you need open dispute to seller for refund as seller should be responsible for printing wrong address.

Nobody can help you change address here. You need go to your local CTT office to request change address.
