13.11.2019 my package arrived at the sorting center in Beijing. 18.11. 2019 was handed over to the airline. On December 4, 2019, he was still at Beijing Customs, on December 14, 2019, the package returned to the Beijing sorting center. Where's my package LE579214445CN?

LE579214445CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point. Not sure reject reason? What is the item inside?

Kids train tent is included in my package. The package was purchased through aliexpress. The item on their side does not appear to be purchased. It was seen one day for a couple of hours, from there I got the package number.

if the item has no battery inside, the reject should be a mistake. You can wait one or two more weeks and track again. If the status is still showing rejected. then you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.

The item does not include batteries. Can I write to the airport and explain it to them? Do you have any information on who the seller is, when I will open dispute to aliexpress for refund?

LE579214445CN was rejected by Shenzhen customs, you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.

where can i find out who is the sender of the package? aliexpress needs an order ID that I don't have. i want my 30 € back.

you can login to your aliexpress buyer account and find the order ID there.
