RN574153311GB is in china customs. you need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185, pay duty and pickup the parcel.

May I ask what may have happened to RN494129460GB, please? No actions since 9th April.

The recipient is a company and the sender can't contact the recipient. The service used was International Tracked and Signed.

May I ask what English language support there is for someone who needs to rearrange a delivery but does not speak Mandarin?

I do not think calling 11185 will help them.

The tracking number concerned is RY084798587GB.

RY084798587GB arrived China Post office in 邮政徐汇淮海中路投递, please ask receiver go to that post office to pickup the parcel. he can call the postman 陈海峰:18521065063(I believe he can not speak English).

OK. May I ask about the item RS059970495GB?

There has been no actions since 30th March. It is a return item for an eBay transaction, and the sender is having difficulty getting hold of the recipient.

Would China Post hold an item and then send it back to th3 sender if the recipient does not receive it/pick it up?

RS059970495GB was signed by receiver him/herself on April 3. If this is return for refund.You can contact ebay to get your money back.
