Hey guys

I ordered something from china to uk.
and according to the tracking it says ‘sent to airline’
but that was a month ago and my parcel has not arrived yet. Does it usually take this long? or something happened to my parcel?

my tracking number is #UD683911278CN

UD683911278CN is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Hey, thanks for helping me!
I tracked it again and it says "Departed from Airport to destination country" on March 26th.

I thought It does not matter once it arrived in the UK :(

Thanks anyway..i think I need to wait 8 weeks more 😀
