Hi,

As you can see I was told that this parcel would be with me by the 10th of June, it’s now the 11th and it is not here. More worryingly the tracking hasn’t changed. Can someone please update me with this - tracking number is LZ031119739CN

Hi,

LZ031119739CN, my tracking STILL HASNT CHANGED. I understand that with the virus it has made things slower but I have now been waiting 3 months! This is unacceptable and will be taking this further If my tracking isn’t atleast updated! Can someone please help me and find out exactly where my parcel is, why I still haven’t got it, and when I will get it.

Your package is still stuck in China. Average time to UK is 60 days. If your buyer protection is running out, you may ask for an extension or open dispute for a refund

I've heard Fuzhou has a huge backlog of packages, so I would just give it the time it needs.

Simples! With this length of waiting time, open a dispute and get a refund. If/when the parcel finally arrives, you can then decide whether to repay the vendor.

The package just arrived in the UK it seems like. You should be able to track it with Royal Mail.
