LZ031119739CN Is my tracking number, it hasn’t changed in 21 days, I’m looking to get an update.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ031119739CN was shipped from Fuzhou to UK on April 23. It is still in Fuzhou.

coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china since early Feb. China Post highly depending on international passenger flight to send parcel oversea. So it is not strange that many parcels are delayed in the airport warehouse without moving. Your parcel might wait some more time . Once parcel arrives UK, royal mail website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund first. You can pay back to seller after receiving parcel in future.

Okay thankyou, when they come to the UK what tracking number do I use for the Royal Mail website?

you can use same tracking number LZ031119739CN to track arrival info in royalmail or parcelforce website.

My tracking number is LZ031119739CN.

It still haven’t moved for over a month. I realise on this thread there is information but I’m looking for an update to see where the parcel is at the moment.

Can someone help me please?

LZ031119739CN is still in Fuzhou waiting for flight to uK. No update yet. Average waiting time to UK can take 2 months, you need some patience.
