My issue: my package RV163147504CN has not been updated since 24 September 2019 (Shenzhen, Import Customs Release). Does this mean its been returned to the sender? Im concerned because I recieved my other packages sent a later time (and different seller) using China Post. Any help would be appreciated... Thanx.
