Hi

My package has been with you since February 11, 2026. Item held at inward office of exchange. Tracking number is: CY733018476DE Can you help me? Why hasn't my package been delivered?

CY733018476DE arrived in China on Feb 11. but the recipient has never made customs clearance. China Post can not clear the customs without the recipient's declaration.

Is this a return for refund?

Shipper can not do import customs clearance in China. Only recipient can do it. You need to push seller to do import customs clearance and accept the parcel immediately.

If your seller does not reply, all keeps giving you different excuses(for example, not getting notice from China Post, China Post's phone not connectable .... blah blah), it means he/she does not want to accept your parcel.

Some bad seller often play such no-customs-clearance game in order to avoid accepting the return and issuing refund. If you believe this is your case, please open dispute to your marketplace against that bad seller.

If you have printed the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel, China Post will automatically send a notification message to that phone number, notify the recipient to do online customs clearance.

I have another question: what happens to the package that's with you? Will it be sent back or destroyed if no one picks it up, or how does that work?

the item will be returned to Germany if the recipient refuse to make customs clearance.

oh steht aber sehr lange schon. bei mir stand es 3 Tage, dann ging es zum Zoll. Für den DHL-Versand nach China ist zwingend eine
CN23-Zollinhaltserklärung erforderlich. Sie muss in zweifacher Ausfertigung, in Englisch oder Chinesisch, detailliert ausgefüllt und in einer Dokumententasche außen am Paket angebracht werden. Am einfachsten erfolgt dies über die DHL Online Frankierung, die das Dokument automatisch erstellt.
