http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB726010123CN shows the parcel was handed over to airlines on Aug.13 in Guangzhou, it is still wating for the flight space to UK.
Due to the Coronavirus epidemic, most international flights in China has been canceled , so the parcel should be wait a long time for getting the airlines space, please be patient.

If this parcel is still in customs processing after a few days, you need contact the receiver to call China Post hot line 11185 for the details.
