Post WHY IS MY PARCEL STILL IN CHINA

I have ordered a package from Zaful from the middle of March and the tracking number still shows that it is still in China and says “handed over to airlines”. IT HAS BEEN 3 months and the order has not arrived yet. Why is it not leaving China?!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV377504382CN shows the parcel was shipped from China to Malta on Mar 26. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight to Europe.

Coronavirus has caused badly delay since Feb 2020. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund..
