Hello,

According the the tracker, it has been in China since Dec 7, 2019. It is now Jan 22. How much longer will it take?

My tracking ID is LO577201268CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO577201268CN shows your parcel left Guangzhou for Hong Kong on Dec 8. Parcel From Guangzhou to Hong Kong receiver normally takes 2 to 3 days. Your parcel must be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
