Post Why is my package so delayed?

Hello! I received a shipment confirmation mail on 24/4/2019 for ny package LL206332390CN. The status says that it is still waited on customs in Athens since 8/5/2019. When will it come to my address? how much time does it need to stay at the customs? During the order it said that it would need only 12-14 working days. Thank you

Greece Post shows your parcel LL206332390CN arrived ATHENS AIRMAIL CENTER on May 8. You need contact Greece Post to pickup the parcel. It seems to have delivery problem.
