Post Who delivers in NZ?

My parcel has been delievered to an address km away from mine...how do I find out the courier in NZ so it can be resolved? Have updated sender in China but think I might have lost my parcel...any ideas please?

Your need write your tracking number in your question, otherwise people don't know which service you are using and can not tell you who is the delivery agent in NZ.

Normally if your parcel number is from China Post, New Zealand Post is responsible for delivery. You can track the parcel delivery status in http://track-chinapost.com/track_newzealand.php .

As NZ Post makes delivery based on the address printed in the parcel. So if above link shows delivery address different from your order address. There can be only two reasons:
1) Your seller printed wrong address
or
2)Your seller gave you other people's tracking number.

In both cases, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
