Hi

Would you please assist me by doing the research for my package. Tracking code is RY309296615CN

The package was send back to China and according the parcel recipient, China Post Registered Air Mail has lost the parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php was returned from Denmark to original post office in Ningbo in Nov 2018. Not sure if the original shipper picked the parcel or not.

Thank you for a quick reply.
Yes, I could see it. Is it possible to find out the parcel was lost or picked up?
The original shipper (from AliExpress) has promised sending the parcel to another address.

you can not know it was lost or picked up.

I suggest you open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
