Post Where is my parcel?

I was notified that the parcel has been shipped on 31st Oct 2018. Today is 14th Dec 2018. And I haven’t gotten my parcel yet! If addressee was not available at the time your deliverer arrived, shouldn’t be your deliverer just left the house without contacting recipient. And I even never received any notification on the delivery.

My tracking number is LA507915934CN.

Pls tell me where is the parcel now and do send me the parcel as soon as possible. And pls contact me when your deliverer comes. Thank you.

Malaysia Post website shows the parcel arrived PosLaju Parcel Hub but none pickup the parcel. You need contact Pos Malaysia to collect the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to China.

I contacted Pos Malaysia after you informed me about the status. Unfortunately I was told that the parcel was already returned to China. Can you pls advise whether China Post can resend the parcel to Malaysia to me?

For your information, I never received any notice to ask me to pick up the parcel in Malaysia.

Unfortunately, If Malaysia Post returned the parcel to China, China Post can not resend the parcel to you. You need contact Seller to resend you new parcel or ask refund from seller.
