CY732285643DE arrived in China on Dec 23,2025. but the recipient has never made customs clearance. China Post can not clear the customs without the recipient's declaration.

Is this a return for refund?

China Post will send a text message once the goods arrives in destination. So if you have printed the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel, he/she must have received the notice from China Post. We believe he wants to give you some excuse in order to refuse accepting the parcel and giving you refund.

Mobile phone number is a very important point to make proper delivery. Many places don't have official English address(some places don't even have official Chinese address). So if you don't write receiver's mobile phone number, China Post can not find the receiver and send him/her message to make customs clearance.

if the recipient does not make customs clearance, the parcel will be returned to Germany Post by ocean ship. It will take about 3 to 5 months to reach Germany.

you wont get any information. only thing to do is to wait.
