Ordered an item from a website and I have yet to receive my package. China Post EMS has my package leaving shanghai to Miami 7/14/2018 and that was the last entry since. Confused and wondering if I should request a refund for my item from Paypal.

Can you track this package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY427327166CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 14. It is waiting for flight space from china to Miami. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.

Everything looks normal, no need worry.
