Dear Support,

I was given this tracking number (LP004058465CN) on 12th April 2020. Till today, when I go and track my package, it's still ON ROUTE status for more than a month and still haven't arrive at my country.

Can you please verify if this tracking number is legitimate. If not, I would like to open a dispute with PayPal and get my money back.

LP004058465CN was shipped from china on Apr 12. It delayed there for one month. China Post finally send it to beijing airport on May 16. We hope it can catch flight to Malaysia in next 10 to 20 days.

Once parcel arrives Malaysia, pos Malaysia website will show arrival info.
