I have ordered an item 27 days ago with the tracking number:

ZA04758418501

It says it has made it to the UK and is stuck in a loop at the processing center. I have no local tracking number to see updates.

Can I get some information on this delivery. Below is the current information:

ZA04758418501 arrived in UK on Feb 4 but never delivered. This is strange. Normally this means the item has delivery problem (shipper printed wrong address in the parcel). Have you ever purchased item from this seller before? If not , please be cautious of scam.

Never used this supplier before and want to make sure it arrives at the right address. Is there a way I can make sure the correct delivery address is ammened as I am currently unablento contact the supplier.

You can not know the detail address of such Z*** parcel except destination country. This kind of parcel address is not input into the computer database. shipping agent deliver the parcel by reading the address from the parcel packing label.
