USPS.com shows both parcels arrived different cities in Ohio. It is strange:
LY266579020CN status: Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:04 am on June 8, 2020 in CINCINNATI, OH 45205.

LY266579020CN status : We attempted to deliver your package at 3:18 pm on June 11, 2020 in LIMA, OH 45804 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day.

It seems that your seller printed wrong address in the parcel. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
