I need help, I bought 2 coats more than 60 days ago and it says it's being returned to China!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP116955343CN shows your parcel arrived Spain in Dec but failed delivery. The Correos Spain return the parcel to China. You can not get this parcel anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for non-arrival order refund.

I pay with my bank card, what do I have to do to get my money back?

try to call your bank and see if they can help you get your money back. Normally you should pay with paypal/aliexpress, otherwise it is difficult for you to get back money when parcel does not reach you.

I bought through the website http://www.charrcter.com/ and paid through my bank card because the page allows it, I will call my bank, but if they do not answer me for the money, you have to do it , it's not my fault that the package has not arrived, the only ones responsible for sending me the package are you.
