I placed an order through Friday Record for a 2 in 1 hair trimmer premum in April. I had an email confirming it had been sent to shipping on 29th April. I have had no contact since that email. I have sent 3 emails to Friday Record customer service with no response. When I track the parcel tracking number it says no shipping record. Will I get this parcel or do I need to request a refund. I won like so answers please.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA983991186CN shows No shipping record. Your seller applied this tracking number from china post on Apr 24 but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
