these are china post register airmail (starting with R) or China Post ordinary parcel(starting with U). These are all slow parcels. You can track the shipment starting date in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php.

Normally such parcels will take 2 to 8 weeks to reach Qatar, you need wait some more time.

Nothing yet. The parcel left China for Qatar on 9 November; its status can't be updated until Q-Post in Qatar receives and scans it. Transit time is probably at least 30 days; I wouldn't expect an update until 9 December or later.
