Hey
My tracking number is LO918748411CN. On 21st March the package was delivered to air traffic. At 22nd March it was leaving Guangzhou International Center, and next station was Guangzhou International Center? And since then, no update. The seller wrote two days ago, it‘s because of corona. But is there a problem with the package, or is it really due to situation that there‘s no update since nineteen days? Pls help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO918748411CN shows your parcel was just shipped from China to Germany on Mar 22. It is still in Guangzhou airport since then. The parcel has some serious delay in shipping time and status update.

Right now Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from China to Italy. China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. Your parcel is still waiting in warehouse, not sure when they can get shipping space from airline. Please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim your money back.
