Can someone please advise, my package with tracking number RV290872976CN was last online on 30 Dec 2019. where could it be, and long does it take for package transit to Uganda?

RV290872976CN was rejected by Shenzhen Customs on Dec 30. Normally it means the parcel has something with safety or copyright problem. You can not get this parcel in future.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud.

Good morning Sir,

when a package is rejected by the customs what happened, do you send it back to the supplier?, i have been asked to provide prove to claim my refund, i kindly request your office to help me out.
