17track is giving me more info than any other tracker, these two being the last and concerning updates;

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO551816159CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Chengduoffice to Canada on Dec 11.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Canada Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Chengdu,China or customs warehouse in Canada). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Canada Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Canada Post website will show its new status with Canada location.
