My US Tracking number is UH014724707US so the manufacturer in Dongguan city had called the china post hotline and she told me that the package I sent from the united states to china Dongguan she said my package is in customs clearance what does that mean? When she had called the hotline there saying they can't give her any information at this time what is going on with my package in customs clearance? The only thing that's in that package is sunglasses what is customs clearance I would also like to know when is the estimated time my package will get to Dongguan Yuefeng Display Product CO., LTD. IN Dongguan city. What is customs clearance?

During import customs clearance, China government will inspect the import goods for safety and copyright issue, check if it need to levy duty etc. customs clearance normally take 2 to 7 days to complete. You can google the meaning of customs clearance for detail.
